$200 bartender fee + automatic 20% gratuity

for up to 75 people $100 for each additional bartender

  • We provide - Beautiful garden settings across multiple unique spaces, Table, chair & linen rentals at the Pond Pavilion and Rustic Hive (hoop) House, 1 hour access before and after your event for setup and breakdown, Private bartenders available, Specialty cocktails and curated beverage menus, Flexible space options to fit your event size and style
  • Not included - Party planning or event coordination services, Catering — you're welcome to bring your own, Furniture reconfiguration in the greenhouse, courtyard, indoor bar, or fireside areas, Exclusive property access during regular operating hours, Exclusive use of indoor bar or fireside during open hours
  • 50% deposit due at reservation, remainder due day of event
  • We rent tables 60" round or 6' rectangle" for $10 each and white padded resin chairs for $3 each, BYOL, bring your own linens

FAQ

Can I rearrange the tables and chairs? Our indoor bar, greenhouse, courtyard, and fireside areas have curated layouts we maintain for all guests. If you need a fully flexible floor plan, the Rosehill Pond Pavilion and Hive House are the right fit — those spaces include table and chair rentals you can arrange to your liking.
Can I have the venue to myself? Full exclusive access is available when you rent the entire winery on a day we're not otherwise open. During regular operating hours, your reserved space is yours — but other guests will be enjoying the property too.
Do you provide food or catering? We don't offer catering, but you're welcome to bring in your own food or a caterer of your choice. We focus on the drinks — our team can build a specialty cocktail menu or curated wine selection specifically for your event..
Do you help with event planning? We're not a full-service event planning company, but our team will work with you to ensure your space, bar service, and beverage menu are dialed in. For décor, entertainment, and logistics coordination, we recommend working with a local event planner.
Do you offer side for the Tent by the Pond? Yes we do. There is an additonal rental charge of $500. The front side of the tent over looking the pond has windows.
